Absolutely. We love pets however residents must be transparent about pet ownership and requirements during the application process. Rules concerning pets will be attached to the lease.

You’ll be able to feel safe wether you’re visiting the building for a viewing or have decided to move in. We are sanitizing the building daily and will continue to do so post occupancy and facial recognition means you don’t need to touch an entry console when entering the building. We are respecting solution distancing and as well as all provincial health guidelines.

There is a requirement to pay a deposit equal to the last month’s rent at the time of the rental application. These funds will only be deposited if and when the application is accepted.
